Description

The Aerogel Adhesive SHC 107-15 is a quick setting synthetic adhesive for installation of Aerogel. It contains no asbestos, lead, mercury or mercury compounds. Allow to dry to a solvent-free condition before installing weld pins. Be sure that the product is completely dry and the area is free from solvent odor.

Application Method:
– Allow 10 minutes of bonding time for insulation for lap sealing and then adhere closely.
– Be aware that bonding time varies depending on application temperature.
– This application provides dry film thickness of 0.04mm
– Use a clean brush when applying
– After dried, use mineral spirits or chlorinated solvent, once cured, employ strong solvent like xylene to clean the equipment.
